Coconut Shrimp- Sauces

Apricot Sweet Chili Dip Sauce

1. 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce

2. 1/2 cup apricot preserve or apricot fruit spread

3. Mix together & start dipping!

Spicy Orange Marmalade Dip Sauce

1. 1/2 cup orange marmalade

2. (1) teaspoon horseradish

3. Mix together & start dipping

Spicy Crazy Good Dip Sauce (staff favorite)

1. 1/2 cup orange marmalade

2. (2) teaspoons of stone ground mustard

3. (1) teaspoon prepared horseradish

4. Mix-n-Whisk all together and refrigerate for 1 hour before dipping

Creamy Pineapple-lime Dip Sauce

1. 3/4 cup light mayonnaise

2. 3/4 cup pineapple preserve

3. (1) tablespoon lime juice

4. Mix-n-Whisk all ingredients and get to dipping coconut shrimp
